Deadline for early Conference Registration and lowest discounted rate

July 1, 2005:

Deadline for guaranteed transportation to excursions and the Hollywood Bowl. After this date transportation is based on space availability.

July 21, 2005:

Last day to receive any refund

August 14, 2005:

Deadline to guarantee Housing Reservations. After this date, room cannot be guaranteed, and will be offered on a space available basis only. However, if rooms are available, the conference rate will be honored.

August 18, 2005:

Deadline for On-Line Conference Registration

August 19-26, 2005:

Off-line Conference Registration applies
