The Organizing Committee for the 13th International
Workshop on Sol-Gel Science and Technology (Sol-Gel 2005) prefers that
all Conference Registrations be made via our website.

ONLINE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The Online Conference Registration is
separate from the Online Housing Reservations. See the Housing Section for more details.
Registration fees for conference attendees include the Conference
Program, Program Materials, Daily Refreshment Breaks, Welcome Reception,
Poster Session Receptions, and Conference Banquet Dinner as outlined in
the program.
Registration for Accompanying Person (non-meeting) includes the Welcome
Reception and Banquet Dinner.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ALL FUNCTIONS
All Conference participants and their
guests must register. All registration materials, including name badges
will be available at the Registration Desk upon your arrival, beginning Sunday, August 21, 2005, at 4:00pm.
Please bring the registration confirmation form to claim
registration materials. Conference materials may not be picked up for
another person. Name badges will be issued and must be worn to all
functions. No one will be admitted to a meeting or function if they do
not have a name badge for the function. If you lose or misplace your name
badge, contact the Organizer immediately.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS
Attendees will receive a confirmation
notice immediately on-line, regarding their conference registration. If
for any reason you do not receive confirmation, please email Kay Boles,
CMP, at or call UCLA Conference Services
at 1-888-825-5305.
PAYMENT
INFORMATION
All payments will be processed
in U.S. dollars and are subject to the current exchange rates. Conference
Registration will not be processed without payment.
Insurance
Information:
Neither the local organizer nor
UCLA can accept responsibility for accidents that could occur. Attendees
are encouraged to obtain travel insurance (medical, personal accident, and
luggage) in their home country prior to departure.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
70% refund if written notification is
received by June 22, 2005.
50% refund if written notification is received by July 21, 2005.
No refund after July 21, 2005, 11:59pm, PST.
Notification to cancel must be received in writing at the UCLA Conference
Services address, or via fax, or via email to
by 11:59pm Pacific
Standard Time on the dates above in order to qualify for a refund.
